Canada Student Visa Requirements 2023

Students need to match the following criteria if they want to file their visa under this category:

• Guaranteed Investment Certificate (GIC)
• IELTS Score: 6 bands overall for UG and 6.5 overall for PG; no less than 6 bands in individual modules

• Statement of Purpose (SOP)

2) Non-SDS Category: The time taken to get a study permit approved under this category is approximately around 11-13 weeks. The fees for this category are estimated to be 150 CAD. Students need to match the following criteria if they want to file their visa under this category:

• A Valid Passport
• Offer Letter from one of the designated learning institutions (DLI) of Canada
• Payment proof of the deposit fees remitted to your college/university
• Proof of funds: Income tax returns/Bank Statements/Fixed Deposit/Student Loan/GIC/Overdrafts
• IELTS Score: 6 bands overall for both UG & PG, not less than 5.5 in individual modules
• Medical examination results
• Statement of Purpose
