On 27th April, 2022, Express Entry draw sent out 829 invites to PNP profiles for permanent residence (PR) application. Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score for this draw was 772 points which marginally dropped by 10 points in comparison with the previous draw. So, aspirants with 772 or more were eligible to get invitations. This being the 17th successive PNP only draw, IRCC minister lately made an announcement on resuming all category express entry draws from the start of July this year. More so, this draw targeted only the candidates who holds a provincial nomination along with an express entry profile.
So far in the current year, a total of 8,086 applicants have received invitation in Express Entry PNP (Provincial Nominee Program). In addition, a record breaking 1,082 PNP profiles were given invites in the February 16 express entry draw.
Eligibility Criteria for This Express Entry Draw:
In order to fall eligible for the PNP (Provincial Nominee Program) Express Entry you will require:
- A lawful Express Entry profile in any of the three categories; Federal Skilled Worker (FSW), Federal Skilled Trades (FST), or Canadian Experience Class (CEC).
- A Provincial Nomination from either of the provinces of Canada. This will fetch you surplus 600 points to be added to your profile in the Express Entry program.
