It was founded in 2015 in response to Canada’s changing economic and labour market needs.
Three distinct economic immigration programmes are managed by it as an application management system:
- The Federal Skilled Workers Programme,
- The Federal Skilled Trades Programme,
- The Canadian Experience Class
In these programmes, individuals are evaluated based on a variety of human capital variables, including job experience, language ability, occupation, education, and more.
