Manitoba’s PNP Draw 2021 – 332 Candidates invited under Provincial Nominee Program
There were three draws conducted, under this scheme, out of which 332 immigrants were invited as “skilled workers in Manitoba” in its first draw with a cut-off score of 375; 35 immigrants were invited as “skilled workers overseas” in its second draw with a cut-off score of 726, and 26 immigrants were invited with no cut-off under “International Education Stream”.
Amongst the three draws, 73 Profiles were invited under the Express Entry immigration system.

The Manitoba PNP is the only program that is organized & managed by the province of Manitoba for the Canada PR. In case any candidate has completed their graduation from a post-secondary program in any other province of Canada then they must have been working for any employer of Manitoba for the last one year before registering. This category is giving priority to those workers who have sufficient experience in the In-Demand Occupations of Manitoba.
- International Education Stream
This program target the candidates who have completed their graduation from post-secondary designated institutions situated in the province of Manitoba. Applicants of this specific category must have enough business management or work experience from their province. The province operates various immigration streams divided among three categories:
1)The Graduate Internship Pathway
If you are applying under this category then the applicant must require to disclose that an aspirant has completed their Master/Ph.D. from certified DLI institute of Manitoba however job offer is not required.
2)The Career Employment Pathway
Under this program, the applicant requires to show that the applicant has completed their Master/Ph.D. from a certified DLI institute in Manitoba however candidate needs to show one-year job experience.
3)The International Student Entrepreneur Pilot Pathway
The applicant must have completed their bachelor’s degree from Manitoba. In addition, the candidate reveals that he/she is 51% owner in the business that is situated in Manitoba.
- Skilled Workers Overseas
If any candidate is interested in applying under this category then they require to clarify one of the following points:
- Applicant must disclose a powerful connection of Family or Friends who can support during a tough time. They must be living in Manitoba.
- Candidates must have enough work experience or completed their education in the province of Manitoba.
Highlights
- The maximum number of invitations under “Skilled Workers Overseas” was invited in the month of July and the minimum invitations were issued in the month of January.
- In the category of “Skilled Workers in Manitoba”, the highest number of draws were conducted in the month of September & the minimum draws were conducted in the month of May.
- The PNP of Manitoba doesn’t need a profile of Express Entry but an Expression of Interest must be submitted by every candidate.
