PNP Draw for Nurses Conducted By Nova Scotia
A total of 278 nurses got an invitation by Nova Scotia under provincial nomination on 8th February. The Nova Scotia Nomine Program (NSNP) has issued an invitation for those applicants who had already profile in the system of Express Entry. In the latest draw, NSP issued invitation for those nurses who are already qualified under the Nova Scotia’s Labour Market Priorities Stream.
NSNP has issued invitations for those nurses who are already eligible for Nova Scotia’s Labour Market Priorities Stream. If you also want to get an invitation, the applicant must have the primary occupation as a registered psychiatric or registered nurse.
Applicants will require to give a letter of reference from their respective employer to disclose that they have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in their occupation. All the invited applicants must have a CLB score of 9 or higher in French or English in all the language abilities. Every applicant must be graduated or completed any program of minimum 3 years at post-secondary institution.
Candidates needs to submit the application before 10th March. If applications of the applicants are successful submitted then they will get a provincial nomination from the Nova Scotia under National Occupational Classification (NOC) 3012.

If any candidate wants to get the invitation to apply for the Labour Market Priorities of Nova Scotia then he/she must create the profile in Express Entry System. Moreover, this program manages the submissions for the Canada PR via 3 important federal immigration program:
- Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)
- Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)
- Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
The Express Entry is targeting the candidates with the Comprehensive Ranking System. They are giving the points to the applicants based on several important factors like as work experience, qualification, age, and language skills in French or English. Hence, Nov Scotia has already released the invitation for potential candidates that is also considered as Letter of Interest (LOI). Qualified applicants have maximum 60 days to submit the application for the provincial nomination. After submission, if candidates are getting provincial nomination from Nova Scotia then they will surely awarded an extra 600 CRS points.
