Record-Breaking Draw: Canada invited 27,332 Applicants
In the largest draw to be held by Canada through the Express Entry system, the highest 27,332 invitations to apply for Canadian permanent residence (Canada PR) have been allotted. In the Express Entry Draw #176 IRCC invited the Canadian Experience Class on February 13, 2021, at 11:56:56 UTC.
This draw was targeted to applicants with prior Canadian experience, categorically known as Canadian Experience Class [CEC]. The minimum ranking score to qualify the Comprehensive Ranking System [CRS] score – was also ranked as 75 the lowermost ever.
What is the Canadian Experience Class (CEC)?
The CEC is an immigration program under express entry that allows you to apply for Canada PR. Qualified applicants should have a minimum of one year of full-time skilled work experience in Canada.

What is the Express Entry?
Express Entry is an immigration method executed by Canadian immigration authorities (IRCC) which manages skilled worker requests under Federal Economic plans. This contains the Federal Skilled Worker Program, the Federal Skilled Trades Program the Canada Experience Class and parts of the Provincial Nomination Programs.
