Step 2: Meet Eligibility Criteria 

Make sure you fulfil the program’s academic requirements. While a suitable bachelor’s degree is necessary for master’s degrees, a high school diploma is usually required for undergraduate courses. 

Step 3: Prepare Required Documents 

You’ll need to gather several documents, including:

Step 6: Obtain a Student Visa 

You must apply for a student visa at the Spanish consulate after being accepted. Along with other necessary paperwork, you’ll need the university’s acceptance letter and proof of funds. 

Step 7: Accommodation & Travel Arrangements 

After securing your visa, you can arrange accommodation (either university dorms or private rentals) and plan your travel to Spain. 

Schengen Student Visa (Less than 3 Months)

Ideal for short courses (less than 90 days). This visa enables you to study in Spain within the Schengen Area agreement if your program is shorter.

Short-Term Student Visa (3 to 6 Months)

For study programs lasting between 3 and 6 months. This visa is relatively simple to apply for but cannot be extended beyond 6 months.

Long-Term Student Visa (Over 6 Months)

This visa is for undergraduate or graduate courses if you want to study for longer than 6 months. You must provide proof of having sufficient funds in your accounts and valid health insurance.
