British Columbia Invited 494 Immigrants in Two PNP Draws
Canadian province British Columbia has issued invitations to 494 candidates in the latest two draws held on February 16. British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program issued 459 invitations across 4 streams whereas, in the NOC-specific draw, 35 invites issued through four streams with the lowest score of 120.
The BC PNP targeted applicants from different categories specifically Skilled Worker, International graduates, and Entry Level and Semi-skilled workers. The lowest score for this draw varied subject to the subdivision and ranged between 85 and 104 points.
Since March 2020, The BC PNP has suspended 31 professions from weekly draws due to the covid-19 crisis. Those occupations were considered for the first time in the general draw on February 16.

Simultaneously, B.C. procured the strange stage of conducting a second draw targeting two NOC codes: 0621 for Retail and Wholesale Trade Managers and 0631 for Restaurant and Food Service Managers.
